Drawn using a 24 set cheapo crayola coloured pencils. They are really bad for blending colours, but it looks okay from far away...
The girl in the refence pic had this almost white skin, and really cool orangy hair, and it caught my attention so i was like, I have to draw that!
The hair took me the longest. Needless to say, i will not be drawing long, flamboyant haired people any time soon.

Also, props to for the framing!

thats lovely, the hair came out great.
crayola coloured pencils? Seems i should learn to use those properly!!!

:-)

Nice work
Thank you for the comment.
And yeah, i never knew you could do stuff with coloured pencils until recently. Generally coloured pencils remind me of the hours i spent colouring maps and stupid title pages for school.
*shudder*

now, whyd you have to bring that up!

baaaaad memories
Wow, excellent. This is exquisite work. The drawing is right on, and the coloring from the hair, the face the eyes and even the hand is great. This is a favorite of mine. Thank you for sharing this with us.
That is awesome!! that hair would make me poke my eyes out. I hope college can teach me patience to do drawings like that!

i must say the hair is fabulous, it flows so well and looks extremely realistic, but aprt from that i have to comment on the eyes they sem as though they're lookin straight at you.

Thanks guys for the nice comments. I usually have patience, but i get bored easily so doing the same thing over and over again for the hair really was annoying.
Very nice, I wish I could draw :D You did especially good on the eyes, they're always the first thing I look at :)

I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much.
